Returns:
We will gladly accept returns within 20 days from the date of package delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. EasyFunToys.com will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. EasyFunToys.com will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment. Customer must email or call to obtain a Return Authorization No. and return instructions before sending your return package.
Errors:
EasyFunToys.com will charge you for shipping errors due to your mistakes, unless EasyFunToys.com is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment.
Warranties:
1. Intex Inflatable Pools, Jump-o-lenes, Balls, Floating Toys and Air Pump. EasyFuntoys.com warrants these products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 20 days from the package delivery date unless otherwise noted. EasyFunToys.com will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective. All returned merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and an explanation of the item's problem. EasyFunToys.com will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstance. EasyfunToys.com is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alternation, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging.
2. Intex Easy Set Pools. Intex Corp. warranties these products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 75 days from the date of dlivery. Please call Intex Consumer Services at 1-800-234-6839.
3. Intex Water Filter Pumps. Intex Corp. warranties these products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 350 days from the date of purchase. Please call Intex Consumer Services at 1-800-234-6839.
4. Pacific Play Tents products Pacific Play Tents Inc. is the manufacture of Play Tents, Tunnels, Playhouse Tents. Pacific Play Tents Inc. warranties its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 350 days from the date of delivery. EasyFunToys.com is not liable for misuse of these products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, and alteration, shipping or damaged packaging
