Special Shipping Instructions:
- This item must ship via Ground Service.
- You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery.
- You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the delivery driver. If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging you will not be refunded of any of the shipping charges.
- The delivery company will unload the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. Most delivery drivers will help you move the pool once off the truck, however this is at the discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed service. So you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property
